People who cannot live independently (temporarily), can get support
Sometimes people are unable to live independently due to complex problems and limited self-reliance. In such cases, support in the form of supported Housingor social care can be necessary. This support comes in four types:
- Supported housing: accommodation with supervision 24 hours a day;
- Housing First: a form of assisted living where a target group that is hard to place is offered a home directly;
- Stabilising Care: well-structured living surroundings with supervision (not necessarily 24 hours per day);
- Full-Time Care: well-structured living surroundings with supervision 24 hours per day and assistance on the basis of a support plan.
